Chaplain (Dr.) Cicely is licensed and credentialed through various organizations but ultimately chosen and approved by God. 

She is an Ordained Chaplain with International Fellowship of Chaplains (IFOC), Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach with John C. Maxwell/The Maxwell Method, Christ Centered Coaching and Transformation Academy certified and a 20 plus year Army Veteran however, her greatest accomplishments are that of wife and mother.
